Our Role – What We Do
At Easyway Building Brokers, we specialise in managing all aspects of the pre-construction phase of your building journey. We coordinate essential tasks such as:

Architectural and working drawings

Engineering reports and documentation

Site-specific studies including soil tests, surveys, bushfire, and hydraulic reports (whenever necessary)

Interior design, cabinetry design and finishes schedules

Compilation of documents for Building Approval (BA)

Tendering with reputable builders and contract coordination
-
Ongoing client support through project management and communication during construction
We act as your representative and advisor, working on your behalf—not as the builder, certifier, or engineer.
Where Our Scope Ends
Easyway Building Brokers does not undertake or control any on-site construction. We rely on third-party specialists, including building designers, engineers, architects, building certifiers, trade professionals, and licensed builders to complete the relevant tasks.
We do not provide:

Engineering or construction services directly

Legal or council guarantees beyond what is certified

On-site inspections related to construction workmanship outside of agreed reports
Clause of Liability Limitation

Easyway Building Brokers is not liable for any costs, damages, or fees incurred at any stage of the project, regardless of how those costs arose—including delays, omissions, oversights, or third-party decisions outside of our direct control.
Clients acknowledge that:

Variations or additional costs may arise due to unforeseen site conditions

Stormwater, sewer, private infrastructure or undocumented services or rock may not be identifiable prior to site commencement

No claims for cost recovery or liability can be made against Easyway Building Brokers or its representatives under any circumstance
